Many thanks for your advice Mrs Nor.However,there are some men who cook better than their wives.I know plenty of them.I'm also a good cook but with the help of a book.

Yes,Miss Hadya.She is lucky like nearly all the women nowadays.They always rely on their husbands to take decisions,even meaningless they are.We're suffering.May Allah help us .

Well what we meant is making decisions Mr.Red1 not responsibility.For me it's good if not preferable to discuss the matters of life by both the wife and husband.I don't deny that you are responsible, yes you are RESPONSIBLE, you have control over your wife, you care for her and her needs.This doesn't prevent you from asking her about her opinion.Her opinion, may be right.Thus you take her opinion into account.Here we can assure she is a good decision maker.

An interesting discussion

We all believe in a term called shared responsibility
between a wife and her husband.
The disagreement point is that a man is not
to make advantage of his natural position
and physical building to do whatever comes
into his mind. The housewife, too.

Dear Red1,I've been given responsibility since I was a child.When I became conscious and knew what life was, I realized that I was orphin.So,responsibility is something natural for me.I'm not escaping from this heavy burden,but all what I want to point at is that responsability should be shared by both spouses ,as it was mentioned by Mrs Nor and Mr.solinet.

Sharing opinions , seeking advice , asking for support and dividing responsibilities are the main principles of a successful
marriage. If a husband asks for his wife’s opinion doesn’t mean that he is not responsible or he is escaping from his responsibilities.

My husband never takes a decision without asking my opinion. He is so wise but he likes listening to my point of view whether positive or negative. For that I do respect him a lot .

I do agree with you Mrs samaria.The wife should be involved in her hansband's daily activities if she is interested of course.
