Text :

Swine flu (H1 N1) is the common name given to a new influenza (flu). It is called swine flu because it is thought to have originated in pigs.
People with Swine flu typically have a fever or high temperature (over 38°C) and may also have aching muscles, sore throat and/or a dry cough. In other words, the symptoms are very similar to seasonal (regular) flu. Most people with regular flu recover within a week, even without special treatment.
So far, most swine flu cases have been mild, with symptoms similar to
those of seasonal flu. Only a small number of people have had more serious symptoms.
If you or a member of your family has a fever or high temperature (over
38°C) and two or more of the following symptoms, you may have swine flu:
· unusual tiredness,
· headache,
· runny nose,
· sore throat,
· shortness of breath or cough,
· loss of appetite,
· aching muscles,
· Diarrhea or vomiting.
Contact your doctor or phone the emergency service .
