After along day of work, your body and your brain might get tired. If they don't getenought energy, they won't work properl any more.Therefore a good food isneccessary for you to gain energy. In addition, getting enough sleep a goodrelief.
Takingsome physical exercise make you feel more energitic, lessens your pains andgive you a good shape. Furthmore, if youwant to lead a heathly life it is unadvisable to smoke or drink coffe or haveany other thing that may hurt your health. These kinds of things just bereak your health down since they containharmful substances. Finally, as the proverb says" health is better thanwealth"
