The Transport in London

Dear grandmother,

How are you ? It's
three o'clock and I am at home because I haven't got any lessons today. I am
back from school excursion to the London transport. We went there with our
history teacher. We saw a lot of buses drown by horses. I suppose they existed
when you were a little girl. We also learned a lot of things about the London
underground train : It is more than one hundred years old and it works with
electricity of course. But our teacher explained to us that the first
underground train were steam trains. I suppose it was very dirty in this old
days. Our teacher wants us to write an essay about transport in London in
1920's. Can you help me ? I know you've got some photos and postcards. Please
send them to me !

Goodbye for now. Write
back.

Love from Sandy.
