Our Environment is in Danger

Our environment is in danger. Seas and oceans are polluted. One
million species that are alive today will disappear in twenty years. Forests
are destroyed. The Amazonian Forest in Brazil, covers 5.000.000 km².
It contains one third of the world's tress. Its trees provide 50 % of the
world's production of oxygen. However this huge forest is disappearing. Many
trees are cut down every year. If this destruction continues, there will be
nothing left in the future. The effects on the world's climate, on
agriculture and on animal life will be disastrous. So, we must do something
to protect the forests and save the animals.
