Local reports of the preliminary reforms of the obligatory education stage, agreed on the necessity to revise the timing of suties through working with providing lessons from 8:00 am to 14:00 pm, with asking for the unification of knowledge as to serve pupils from the primary stage to the secondary school, considering that the the lessons of the modèle stage are "independent" from the primary stage. At the time the new reports consider that talking about scientific and technological equipment is a future aspect.
The reports of the preliminary process of reform at the obligatory education agree about the part concerning "educational facilities", that it is necessary to review the budget of the educational institutions which cover a simple part of their needs, pushing the education directorates to intervene to do large work, thing which make them suffer tough pressures.
As for the secondary education, the reports proposed one day in the week for the activities, perferring the week ends, while education ministry is responsible for this decision, conserning the programs and lessons, the reports propose unification of knowledge from the primary to the secondary studies, because it was found that the lessons that are programmed for the middle school pupils are "independent" from the primary school, and the same thing for the secondary education. Teachers ask for their participation in these evaluations, to mean that the ministry should not only rely on the committees of control, because the problem exists in the educational programs, therefor, it relies in its evaluation on inspectors
