Thank you, madam, for uploading such a document. I believe that oral expression is a deficiency for today's learners, mainly in foreign languages. Here I mean learners are, unawarely,  not given free time to express themselves in the target language though permitted to speak. What is really needed is the right methodological way of stimulating a student to dive into his  inner world of language. Thus, give/ utter the most of what he wants to unfold. Some teachers are in hurry to limited in time and efforts to implement the syllabus from A to Z. That's why anything to solve this problem is welcome. Namely, intensified pedagogical meetings and practice under the supervision of experts on the longer terms.

Thank you for your generous feedback ,sir.

I think that nowdays, even if they still form a minority, our students do want to express

themselves in class and they do it with such a confidence and proud ,of course with the

positive reinforcement of their coach (teacher). So,let's give them more time and

opportunities to speak since this is the first skill  they will be urged  to use to show their

capacities in English .

do know English.

Peace dear colleagues ,
I couldn't download it but I wonder if it is in Arabic language or English language!
Because we get our training in Arabic , every document that we need from the ministry is either in French or Arabic , never in English!
Thank you for sharing
