Echorouk sources added that the Minister of Education, Baba Ahmed Abdellatif, vowed to organize professional examinations on November, in light of the end of the decisions to open new ranks, in contrast the date of mid-November was identified to deposit files for those wishing to participate in competitions for Employment, as exams will be programmed between the 20 and 25th of the same month.

As for the staff involved in the internal professional examinations, they are not asked to deposit of files for the participation, and thus, the Directors of Education in the Wilayas are obliged to inform all candidates who meet the legal requirements for upgrading by sending written decisions, and the beneficiaries are required to confirm their participation or not in written response as well, within 10 days from the date of receiving the decisions.

Over 4000 positions will be created to the rank of director of primary school, with the allocation of 400 jobs to the rank of director of secondary school, as it was decided to give the opportunity to those who meet the legal requirements to participate in the competition, and thus upgrading them from category 14 to 16, and and they are 700 headmasters at the national level.

It was also decided to open 700 new positions for the benefit of the rank of manager of middle education. In contrast, it was decided to open 400 new positions of inspector of middle education to be upgraded to the category 16, and 300 positions to the rank of inspector of primary education, as well as 4000 positions to the rank of vice-director of primary school.
