To interact so as to produce an article about why people prefer organic food to
conventional one.

Organic food consumption in Europe is a part of a lifestyle. People prefer eating organic food than conventional food for many reasons.

          To start with
, we could mention the way how the type of food has been produced and processed. Fertilizers and pesticides are reduced in organic farming and vegetables are free from any livestock feed additives. In addition, organically produced food is nutritious and healthier. Organic food consumers are less exposed to diseases. It is believed that eating organic food may help reduce the risk of heart attacks and cancer. Moreover, supporters of organic food claim that organic farming has a small impact on the environment and less damaging than conventional. It helps keep a balance within the different ecosystems, i.e. plants, insects and animals. Besides, organic food produces less waste.

To conclude, we may say that we are luckier than Europeans for we still have the opportunity to consume fresh food. What is a fashion to Europeans is a normal way of living to us.
