I am so sorry to say that some inspectors ask us to do things they've probably never done when they were teachers, with all my respect to all of them for this is unfortunately a reality.
At the beginning of my career ,I tried to prepare similar worksheets very few times without knowing if that was the right way for no one corrected , advised or helped me to do it.I simply wrote the aim behind that activity is it to evaluate the learners capacity to use what has been tackled in class whether it is a grammatical structure, understanding a specific type of text, measuring the progress and mastery of students in acquiring a skill (mainly writing and reading)that's what we we call formative assessment.
My advice to you Mrs.dida is :Never be afraid of anything new or that seems unachievable to you .Just keep trying, working, searching, asking and learning from everyone and things will get easier for you.
I hope I have helped you a bit meanwhile another colleague would share with us his opinion.
Happy teaching!

Giving attention and interest to my request is a great pleasure for me. I used to set an aim to each activity among the corection but he confused me when he asked for a whole paper for that I thought that is mentioned in any source or guide.

Thank you for your trust in our group, madam. Do you mean the aims? It's of great importance to plan minutely an evaluation paper. This is similar to a unit/lesson plan. Just send us the exam papers concerned and we'll answer you here

First,I'm very very sorry for being late all this time ,there was a problem of connection in our area in addition to the training period all the day. Thank you very much for what you did Mr.Solinet it's really a great effort,I was sure that I can trust this forum I have only one comment here about the use of "aim",we use it to reffer to the general aim of the whole exam for example but when we reffer to a part of a lesson or a question we use "objective" do you agree with me? Dont you have any comment about the exams? I'm very happy

During this training I found that teachers of English and others used to ask pupils to prepare their lessons at home before coming to school or to use dictionaries to explain the ambiguous words of the coming reading passage,I'm completely against this idea because the pupil won't deduce the meaning or the result through discussion and analysis ,we use the dictionary in writing for example when the pupils of 2AS wrote acrostic poems about Peace they used dictionaries in a group work to find words starting with P-E-A-C-E .I couldn't convince them! Using dictionaries in reading or preparing the text at home What do you think?

Using dictionaries in reading or preparing the text at home What do you think?
I think that encouraging or urging students to do a task without the help of the teacher whether this is done at home or in the classroom can only have positive effects ,as gaining autonomy .Besides that ,acquiring the ability to use such an important tool for any language learner ,that is a dictionary, is just great!
