Here is a thought-povoking paper that studies and evaluates a teacher's charisma and quality teaching that I hope it would interest anyone of us who are always looking for ways to enhance their teaching in the classroom.
For me, a charismatic teacher is the one who has the exceptional ability to attract and involve his students in the learning process ,as well as the one who adjusts continuously and effectively his teaching style,techniques and tasks to all his mixed-ability learners .
