First Term exam - Robot

This is another exam paper we intend to use to evaluate our pupils this term. All due thanks are to my colleague "nadia"

The first English exam

Level :4^th year middle school.

The text :

-The robot is the most amazing invention.Robots can do difficult and dangerous jobs.They can work in car factories ,in hospitals and in fire departements.

Many people think that robots are stupid .This is may be true for the old robots .But the new robots are not stupid machines at all.

-They can hear and speak .They can even smell.Some day soon ,I’m sure scientists will be able to invent robot cooks ,which you can order them to prepare breakfast in the morning .They will be able to make robot maids , which will do house cleaning.

-Robots will make our life easier.But, can they replace man in the future? Well, they can’t for one simple reason .They have only an artificial intelligence ,so it is impossible for them to rival man .

Part one :Activity one :-Reading comprehension :1-Read the text then answer the questions : ( 04 pts ):
