Ministry of National Education contacted the Directorates of
Education to begin the preparation for the school year 2013/2014, urging
them to initiate regional seminars to adjust the census of pupils,
educational groups, and pedagogical and administrative framing, on the
grounds that in the next school entry will present the problem "of
overcrowding " which will be asked in the second year of the secondary
school instead of the first year.

General Secretariat of the Ministry of National Education, sent
instruction to education directorates in Wilayas, which included the
calendar of regional seminars, which will be held on the preparations
for the next school entry 2013/2014, as the Wilaya of Tlemcen was
selected to embrace the regional symposium of the West, during the
period of the current 10 and 11 April, while Batna was selected to hold a
national symposium for the east in the period of 17 and 18 April, while
the regional seminar of the center will be held in Boumerdes during the
period of April 21 and 22, and the southern region will be divided to
the three cities mentioned above.

The opportunity
will be exploited to adjust the census of pupils who are enrolled in
schools, educational groups, with setting the national educational and
administrative need, as well as pedagogical structures that are
scheduled for delivery in the next school entry, therefore, the
Secretary-General of the ministry, who was recently appointed, had
personally stood on all stages of preparation of the school entry,
through the assignment of directorates for the middle and secondary
education, by holding "technical" sessions related especially to
adjusting the real needs of the pedagogical and administrative positions
for the year 2013.
