Unlike the assurances and statements by officials of the Education sector, regarding the preparations of all conditions and the potential for a good start of school entry, but the start of this year's school entry did not pass without causing problems in many Educational Institutions, as a result of poor organization in some of them and the absence of teachers and administrators in other schools, while the conflicts between the teachers and managers of educational institution becomes a "black point" which warns of a bad school season, especially after the failure of managers to solve the problems of the Education sector. Teachers of the middle school Lalla Khadidja in Ms Africa, in Algiers, boycotted the school entry, because the Directorate of Education, in Central Algiers, refused to end the services of the Director of the Educational Institution, despite the promises they had received before the beginning of the school year by stopping his activity, against the backdrop of the reports that were signed by the teachers against him. A representative of the teachers told Echorouk that the decision to boycott the school entry came after the Directorate of Education breached all its obligations to them about ending the services of the Director due to the misunderstanding and the rift that is happening between the first responsible of the institution, as teachers accused him of arbitrariness in using influence, defamation and threats against them, especially the teachers contractors which makes them contact the Directorate of Education of Central Algiers, which officials promised to stop the activity of the Director, before they were surprised of his return to his position in front of the practices, which they described as "irresponsible".
